“潘天寿研究会”这一令人瞩目的国际学术团体已于1994年12月14日在杭州正式成立。 潘天寿(1897年—1971年)是20世纪中国画杰出的大师、美术教育家、理论家,尤具是20世纪下半叶在国内外美术界具有重大的影响,成为中国文化史上的巨人之一。随着时代的前进,人们对他的研究兴趣日益浓厚,海内外学者、美术家每年均有高质量的研究论文面世,许多有识之士建议成立“潘天寿研究会”。为了交流潘天寿研究之成果,弘扬优秀中华文化,由潘天寿基金会及海内外学者共同发起的“潘天寿研究会”,经过充分的筹备,终于应运而生。
Pan Tianshou Research Association this remarkable international academic community has been officially established in Hangzhou on December 14, 1994. Pan Tianshou (1897-1971) was an outstanding master, art educator and theorist of Chinese painting in the 20th century, especially having a significant influence both at home and abroad in the second half of the 20th century and becoming one of the giants in the history of Chinese culture . With the advancing of the times, people are increasingly interested in his research. Every year, high-quality research papers are published by scholars and artists both at home and abroad, and many people of insight recommend the establishment of “Pan Tianshou Research Society.” In order to exchange the achievements of Pan Tianshou’s research and carry forward the excellent Chinese culture, the “Pan Tianshou Seminar” co-sponsored by Pan Tianshou Foundation and scholars at home and abroad has finally come into being after sufficient preparation.
