省级各有关单位,各地州(市)县有关部门: 为加强全省工程咨询行业的资格管理,保障工程咨询服务质量,促进工程咨询业的健康发展,根据国家计委3号令《工程咨询单位资格认定暂行办法》和中国工程咨询协会《工程咨询认定实施办法(修订)》,结合云南省实际,特制定《云南省工程咨询单位资格认定实施办法》,现予以印发,请认真执行。附件:《云南省工程咨询单位资格认定实施办法》云南省发展计划委员会二○○二年十二月十八日
