江苏省淮阴市计量测试所生产的QS-1型千分尺丝杆研磨机很适合一般厂矿计量室修理千分尺示值时使用。我们在使用过程中,发现经常有换向失灵现象。经检查是因为J_1继电器的触点(如图1)被在换向时产生的弧光烧蚀所致。严重时一旦该继电器有一组触点粘联,或其间距离调整得不好,即会造成电源短路而烧坏保险管。为此,我们把原电路换向部分改动如图2,即拆去原J_(1-2)和J_(1-3)之间的两条联线;拆
