去甲乌药碱(DMC)能使豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌松弛并呈量较关系。心得安能使量效曲线近似平行的右移。整体实验表明 DMC 能消除组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘。小鼠支气管灌流及豚鼠肺溢流实验也分别表明 DMC 有松弛支气管平滑肌的作用。
Adenylate (DMC) can relax the guinea pig bronchial smooth muscle in a dose-dependent manner. Enron can make the dose-effect curve parallel to the right shift. Overall experiments show that DMC can eliminate histamine-induced guinea pig asthma. Bronchial perfusion in mice and guinea pig lung overflow experiments also showed that DMC has the effect of relaxing bronchial smooth muscle.
