莫能菌素(Monensin)的菌丝体型和结晶型均曾在实验动物中试验过,其毒性机理可能与细胞内钾离子耗竭有关。两者的毒性类型和程度相似。现用菌丝体莫能菌素钠进行试验,其用量根据分析莫能菌素的活性而定,采取常见的口服法投药。试验步骤 1.急性毒性:用数种实验动物分组一次口服,观察毒性反应2周,计算出半数致死量(LD_(50))。 2.大鼠的三个月试验;3组4~5周龄Wistar大鼠(雌雄各15只),分别饲喂含莫能菌素钠50、150或500 ppm的饲料。另设一组作对照。每天逐一进行中毒检查,每周测定一次体重和饲料消耗量。试验结束前,分别采血样,进行血液学检查和血液生化值测定。最后尸检,对主要器官组织进行病理字检查。 3.狗的三个月试验:3组Beagle狗(雌雄各2只),
