我国城市化进程发展速度不断加快,以往的单一开发方向,对于当前城市民众的需求已经无法满足。因此,城市综合体建筑作为一种新型建筑模式,成为了城市发展的新方向。作为集五大功能为一体的大型工程建筑项目,城市综合体涉及的范围很广,施工的工程量也极大。因此,为能够保证项目施工过程顺利开展,其项目的管理工作就成为企业关注的重点问题。本文就是围绕这一问题,进行的相关探讨,希望能够对当前城市发展状况提供一些积极的促进作用。
The pace of urbanization in our country has been accelerating. In the past, the single direction of development has not met the needs of the current urban population. Therefore, the city complex as a new building mode has become the new direction of urban development. As a set of five major functions as one of the large-scale construction projects, the city complex covers a wide range of construction works is also great.
