脊椎结核是较严重的骨关节疾病,近年发病率有上升趋势[1]。治疗不及时可导致椎体的严重破坏,脊柱畸形及神经损害。本文收集经3个月~5年临床随访观察及病理证实的22例脊椎结核,对其CT表现进行分析,以提高对本病的认识。1材料与方法1.1临床资料22例脊柱结核病例中,男15例,女7例。
Spinal tuberculosis is a more serious bone and joint disease, the incidence in recent years there is an upward trend [1]. Not timely treatment can lead to serious damage to the vertebral body, spinal deformity and nerve damage. This article collected from 3 months to 5 years of clinical follow-up observation and pathological evidence of 22 cases of spinal tuberculosis, CT performance analysis to improve the understanding of the disease. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 22 cases of spinal tuberculosis cases, 15 males and 7 females.
