开展合理化建议活动是激发职工主人翁责任感的有效形式,是全心全意依靠职工群众办好社会主义企业的重要途径。近几年来我们怀化铁路分局各级组织始终把吸引职工围绕安全生产,开展合理化建议活动,作为一项重要任务来抓。从1987年至今,全分局共收到职工提出的合理化建议23935条,采纳实施9246条,创经济效益2137万元,在社会效益方面也取得了较好的成果,有力地促进了两个文明建设。
Carrying out rationalization and suggestion activities is an effective form of stimulating the sense of ownership of employees and an important way for running the socialist enterprises wholeheartedly depending on the working masses. In recent years, we at Huaihua Railway Branch organizations at all levels have always been to attract workers around safety production, to carry out rationalization proposals activities, as an important task to grasp. From 1987 to the present, the Bureau received a total of 23,935 reasonable suggestions put forward by staff and workers, adopted and implemented 9,246 articles, and achieved economic benefits of 21.37 million yuan. It also achieved good results in terms of social benefits and effectively promoted the two civilizations .
