分析了铜仁地区降水分布特征及水分盈亏状况，揭示了我区水稻生育期间前湿后旱这一基本气候规律，应用稻田干燥度（耗水量与同期降水量之比）公式计算出各时段的旱涝机率，并提出合理利用水分资源的措施和途径。
The distribution of precipitation and the status of water profit and loss in Tongren area were analyzed. The basic climate pattern of drought before and after drought during rice growing in our district was revealed. The dryness of paddy field (ratio of water consumption to precipitation over the same period) formula was used to calculate the drought Waterlogging rate, and put forward measures and ways to make rational use of water resources.
