从2001年5月到2004年3月,我校以课堂教学案例为主题,对教师进行案例化校本培训,将原本听讲式培训转向参与式培训,使原来被动式培训变为主动式培训。学校组织教研组氏、骨干教师根据学科特点,通过翻阅教育教学书刊、上网搜寻等方式方法,收集可供教学培训的案例。同时,以学科骨干教师为主,撰写新的课堂教学案例和修改过去自己写过的案例。经过专家指导,通过集体学习和各个备课组活动后,教师对自己过去所写的案例有了新的要求,能以一种有趣、引人入胜的方式来
From May 2001 to March 2004, our school focused on the classroom teaching cases, carrying out case-based school-based teacher training and shifting the original listening training to participatory training so that the original passive training turned into active training.
