2004年5月19日～6月4日,由中国交通运输协会组团,邀请国家发改委,国税、海关等部门,就城市轨道交通发展和技术装备国产化相关政策等问题出访、考察了加拿大温哥华、蒙特利尔、多伦多和墨西哥的墨西哥城共4个城市的轨道交通。为此,作为《现代城市轨道交通》杂志顾问、考察团成员,周翊民同志愉快地接受了记者的采访并根据报道的要求,专门对墨西哥城地铁的发展发表了观后感。经本刊文字整理,予以发表。
From May 19 to June 4, 2004, a delegation from China Transportation Association invited the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Taxation Bureau and the Customs Department to visit the relevant policies on the development of urban rail transit and the localization of technical equipment and other issues. The delegation visited Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto and Mexico City, Mexico, a total of four cities in the rail transport. As a result, Comrade Zhou Yi-min, an advisor and delegation member of the magazine “Modern Urban Rail Transit,” happily accepted an interview with reporters and published a special opinion on the development of metro in Mexico City on the basis of the reports.
