针对传统液力变矩器效率不够高的问题,设计了一种液力机械复合传动系统。通过简要地介绍传统液力变矩器的基本结构及原理,指出了传统液力变矩器传递效率低下的不足。为解决这个问题,提供了一种复合传动系统,它在传统液力变矩器的基础上加装了一个机械装置,使整个系统在功率分流的状态下,液力机械能同时传递功率,而液力变矩器能始终工作于高效点。最后,对比由样机实验得到的效率与传统装置效率的差异,说明此传动系统对效率提升的切实可行性,为该效率提升装置投入生产提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional hydraulic torque converter is not efficient enough, a hydraulic mechanical compound transmission system is designed. By briefly introducing the basic structure and principle of the traditional hydraulic torque converter, the insufficiency of the traditional hydraulic torque converter transmission efficiency is pointed out. In order to solve the problem, a compound transmission system is provided, which is based on the traditional hydraulic torque converter and is equipped with a mechanical device so that the whole system can transfer power at the same time when the system is shunted by power and the liquid Torque converter can always work in the efficient point. Finally, comparing the difference between the efficiency obtained by the prototype experiment and the efficiency of the conventional device shows that the transmission system is feasible and effective for improving the efficiency, and provides the basis for putting the efficiency increasing device into production.
