设计了基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的CCD驱动电路系统。选用Altera公司的MAX7000S系列CPLD作为硬件设计平台,运用VHDL语言对TCD2252D的驱动时序电路进行了描述,并对所设计的驱动程序进行了仿真。
A CCD driving circuit system based on complex programmable logic device (CPLD) is designed. Altera’s MAX7000S series CPLD is chosen as the hardware design platform. The VHDL language is used to describe the TCD2252D driver timing circuit, and the designed driver is simulated.
