顶岗实习已经成为高职教育培养高技能应用型人才的重要培养模式,其教学效果的好坏,直接影响人才培养的质量。阐述了机电一体化专业顶岗实习的实施方案,分析了实习过程中存在的问题,并给出了相应的对策。
The internship has become an important mode of training high-skilled and applied talents in higher vocational education.
