编辑同志:我女儿跟前夫李某经法院调解离婚,离婚时双方约定:外孙随李某生活,女儿每月支付抚养费并享有探视的权利。虽然做了这样的约定,但外孙还是一直跟我和女儿共同生活在一起。去年7月,女儿不幸因车祸去世。女儿去世后,外孙被李某接走。此后,我多次找到李某,要求探望外孙,但均遭到李某拒绝。思孙心切,我想以女儿已去世,其探视权转由自己“继承”为由向法院起诉,请求法院判我享有探视外孙的权利,不知道能不能获得法院的支持?读者:老赵
