对铸态和两种热处理态的ZG0 0Cr19Ni13铸钢进行了拉伸试验和金相分析。对两种热处理工艺下的奥氏体进行了微区成分分析。结果表明 ,炉冷处理后碳化物沿晶界析出 ,奥氏体基体合金元素质量分数较水淬处理的低 ,σ0 2 亦较水淬处理的低 ,未达到标准要求。 110 0℃× 2h水淬固溶处理的各项拉伸指标均符合标准要求
Tensile test and metallographic analysis of as-cast and as-cast ZG0 0Cr19Ni13 cast steel were carried out. The microstructure analysis of austenite under two heat treatment processes was carried out. The results show that carbides precipitated along the grain boundaries after furnace cooling and the mass fraction of austenite matrix alloy is lower than that of water quenching, and σ0 2 is also lower than that of water quenching, which does not meet the standard requirements. 110 0 ℃ × 2h water quenching and solid solution treatment of the tensile indicators are in line with standard requirements
