针对载重汽车用直齿圆柱齿轮冷挤压组合凹模破裂问题,应用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对均匀过盈量组合凹模进行了失效分析,基于均匀过盈量组合凹模失效的原因,提出变过盈量组合凹模的设计方法,通过改变中圈与内圈的接触,得到变过盈量的预紧结构,使预紧状态下模芯的最大切向压应力出现在模芯成形区齿根,以抵消工作状态下出现在该处的最大切向拉应力,改善了模具的应力分布。实际生产过程中模具使用情况良好,无破裂、掉块等情况。研究结果表明,变过盈量组合凹模的设计方法可以避免组合凹模的破裂,此方法为组合凹模的设计提供了较好的依据。
In order to solve the problem of the crack of the cold die combined die for spur gear of truck, the finite element analysis software Deform-3D was used to analyze the failure of the uniform interference die. Based on the reason of the uniform interference, The design method of composite die with variable-margin is proposed. By changing the contact between the middle ring and the inner ring, the pre-tightening structure with variable interference is obtained, so that the maximum tangential compressive stress of the core under pre-tightening condition appears in the core- Zone root, to offset the maximum tangential tensile stress at work there, to improve the stress distribution of the mold. The actual use of the mold in good condition, no rupture, dropped pieces and so on. The results show that the design method of the composite die with variable margin can avoid the crack of the composite die. This method provides a good basis for the design of the composite die.
