应用蝮蛇抗栓酶联合活血化瘀、破血散结中药治疗42例视网膜静脉阻塞(retinalvein occlusion,RVO)并以尿激酶联合中药治疗的41例RVO病例作对照。结果蝮蛇抗栓酶联合中药治疗组的显效率71.4％,有效率达85.7％,高于对照组的显效率(51.2％)和有效率(65.8％)。讨论了蝮蛇抗栓酶和中药治疗RVO的机理和注意事项。
Forty - two cases of retinal vein occlusion (RVO) were treated with Hu snake antithrombin combined with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and breaking blood - dispersing Sanjie herbs, and 41 cases of RVO treated with urokinase combined with traditional Chinese medicine were used as controls. Results The vomiting antithrombin combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group markedly effective rate of 71.4%, the effective rate was 85.7%, significantly higher than the control group (51.2%) and effective rate (65.8%). The mechanism and precautions of viper antithrombotic enzyme and traditional Chinese medicine in treating RVO were discussed.
