当前,我国正处在社会转型的重大历史机遇期,同时也是对敌斗争复杂、各种人民内部矛盾凸显时期。公安机关肩负着巩固共产党执政地位、维护国家长治久安、保障人民安居乐业、维护社会稳定的重大政治责任和社会责任。公安院校学生只有具备更为出色的专业技能,才能应对未来可能出现的各种困难和挑战。公安院校的人才培养则为全国公安机关提供了一个提高储备人才科技素质的绝佳机会,成为推动我国科技强警战略实施的重要一环。
At present, our country is in a period of major historical opportunities for social transformation. It is also a period characterized by complicated struggles against enemies and contradictions among various people. Public security organs shoulder major political and social responsibilities of consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party, safeguarding the long-term peace and stability of the country, ensuring that people live and work in peace and contentment and maintaining social stability.
