随着网络的迅猛发展,网络已经渐渐进入到人们生活的各个领域,我国的网民数量逐年增加,与此同时,青少年作为特殊的网络群体逐年递增,不断上升的青少年网络犯罪成为社会一大问题,犯罪的低龄化,危害性大已经严重危及到青少年的健康成长,本文通过青少年网络犯罪的立法问题浅析对青少年网络犯罪的预防和规制。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet has gradually entered into all fields of people’s lives. The number of Internet users in our country has been increasing year by year. At the same time, adolescents, as a special network group, have been increasing year by year. The rising number of cybercrimes by young people has become a major social issue. The younger age of criminality and harmfulness have seriously endangered the healthy growth of adolescents. This article analyzes the prevention and regulation of juvenile cybercrime through the issue of juvenile cybercrime legislation.
