关心农民工的文化生活,事关社会的和谐发展,本文以浙江省武义县为例从调查分析农民工的生活环境入手,提出解决经济欠发达地区农民工的文化需求,首先要从提高农民工的文化素质和劳动技能抓起,加强文化科技培训,增强农民工的就业竞争能力,改变农民工的生存环境;二要加强文化设施建设,改善农民工的文化生活条件;三要组织开展形式多样的农民工文化活动,满足农民工的文化需求,以此促进社会和谐发展。
