目的回顾四川省天全县2009-2013年医院消毒效果监测情况,以提高医疗机构的消毒质量,降低医源性感染并找出监测中存在的问题。方法用现场抽样检测方法进行采样和检测。结果 5年共检样品1 769件,合格1712件,消毒效果监测平均合格率96.78%,其中压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测合格率为100%,空气合格率为94.06%,物体表面消毒效果合格率为95.10%,医务人员手消毒合格率为89.26%,使用中的消毒液合格率为99.24%,医院污水合格率为79.49%。结论天全县各级医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但医务人员手、医院污水合格率不是很高,消毒与灭菌质量存在部分不足,应加强执法检查。
Objective To review the monitoring results of hospital disinfection in 2009-2013 in Tianquan County, Sichuan Province so as to improve the disinfection quality of medical institutions, reduce iatrogenic infection and find out the problems in monitoring. Methods Sampling and testing were conducted using on-site sampling and testing methods. Results A total of 1 769 samples were obtained in 5 years, with an average of 1712 samples. The average pass rate of disinfection monitoring was 96.78%. The pass rate of pressure steam sterilization was 100% and the pass rate of air was 94.06%. The passing rate of disinfection was 95.10%. The passing rate of medical staffs hand disinfection was 89.26%, the qualified rate of disinfectant in use was 99.24%, and the qualified rate of hospital sewage was 79.49%. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Tianquan County is better overall, but the passing rate of medical personnel and hospitals is not very high, and the quality of disinfection and sterilization is partly inadequate. Therefore, law enforcement inspection should be strengthened.
