互联网的出现改变了人们生活和工作方式,也极大地推动了经济的增长,互联网更是一种思维方式的变革。在高职院校的发展过程,学生的就业是关键点,高校培养人才的目的也是投入社会中去应用,这样学生在就业以前就需要教师对其进行辅导,特别是高职院校为社会发展培养基础性人才,基于此,本文对在互联网背景下,高职院校辅导员开展就业指导工作进行分析和研究。
