梅县鸡卵滩电站3~#机组,水轮机型号为ZD560—LH—120,发电机型号为TS215/21—14,额定功率800kW.由于制造质量欠佳,加上多次检修装拆,使推力头与发电机主轴的配合松动,实测间隙值达0.12mm,已不能保证推力头与发电机主轴同心对中,无法盘车.机组运行振动严重,甚至影响出力.解决这个问题有两种方案,一是把原推力头报废,重新实配制造一个;二是镶套处理.前者时间较长,且费用大;后者则工艺简单,时间短费用少,效果好.方法如下:
