目的:分析复方托吡卡胺滴眼液在近视儿童散瞳验光中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2016年1月到2017年1月接收治疗的80例近视儿童为研究对象,将这些患儿按照年龄的大小进行随机分组,分别为观察组(10岁以上)与对照组(10以下),两者患儿均采用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液进行散瞳验光,一周后再使用阿托品凝胶对患儿进行散瞳,然后采用电脑对其进行验光,并对两组患儿的屈光度情况进行分析与对比。结果:观察组患儿应用复方托吡卡胺和阿托品凝胶后的屈光度情况明显低于对照组,存在一定的差异,使统计学存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过研究结果显示,10岁以上的患儿应用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液以及阿托品凝胶对其进行散瞳效果大致相同,因此可以替代使用,而10岁以下的患儿使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液进行散瞳后,还需要应用阿托品凝胶。
Objective: To analyze the application of compound tropicamide eye drops in mydriatic optometry of myopic children.
