现代产品一般给人传递两种信息,一种是理性的信息,如常提到的产品功能、材料、工艺等是产品存在的基础;另一种是感性信息,如产品的造型、色彩、使用方式等。护士用医疗车设计更多地强调了产品与其使用环境的高度匹配。如何将形式与情感融入护士用医疗车设计之中,需要对产品的物质功能作细致研究,对精神功能正确理解。产品既要满足功能的需求,同时也要满足人心理上、精神上、情感上或者身份上的满足感等。
