班主任兼任中队辅导员,是长期以来我国基础教育阶段学校工作中存在的一种现实。如何对待这“一身二任”的问题,促进班、队和谐发展,为少年儿童健康成长更好地服务,是我们积极探索的一个课题。新课程改革倡导教师从知识的传授者转变为学生学习过程的指导者,走下讲台,与学生做朋友。《中国少年先锋队章程》中明确指出,辅导员是少先队员的“亲密朋友和指导者”。在我看来,这其实不仅解除了长期以来两个不同角色集于一身带来的诸多矛盾,而且为人们在这一问题上的探索提供了鲜明的思路——充分发挥少先队中队的作用推动班级建设,在班队和谐发展中,做一个“亲密朋友和指导者”式的班主任。
Class teacher serving as a squadron counselor is a reality that has existed in our school work in basic education for a long time. How to treat this “one for two” issue, promote the harmonious development of classes and teams, and serve the healthy development of children and children better is a topic that we are actively exploring. The new curriculum reform advocates that teachers shift from the imparting of knowledge to the guidance of students’ learning process, step down from the podium and make friends with students. “China Juvenile Vanguard Articles” clearly pointed out that counselors are Young Pioneers “close friends and mentors.” In my opinion, this actually not only lifted many contradictions brought by two different roles in a long time, but also provided a clear idea for people’s exploration on this issue. They should give full play to the role of Young Pioneers Squadron to promote their classes Construction, in the harmonious development of the team, to be a “close friend and mentor” type teacher.
