目的探讨门诊糖尿病患者对其并发症的认知情况,为糖尿病患者教育提供基础素材。方法选取2016年9月1日—10月10日期间来内分泌科就诊的300例糖尿病患者,使用自制的调查问卷进行调查,并对影响糖尿病并发症知晓率的各种因素进行分析。结果调查对象对于各种糖尿病急性、慢性并发症知晓率均较低,知晓率最高的为低血糖(59.0%),最低的为慢性肾盂肾炎(22.0%)。此外,不同性别之间糖尿病并发症知晓率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);文化程度对糖尿病并发症中的慢性肾盂肾炎,视网膜病变,青光眼,近视或远视,虹膜睫状体病变,多发性周围神经病变,动眼神经、外展神经麻痹,植物神经病变,皮肤、肌肉、关节病变和感染合并症知晓率的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业对糖尿病并发症中的酮症酸中毒,高渗性糖尿病昏迷,低血糖,糖尿病性心脏病,虹膜睫状体病变,多发性周围神经病变,动眼神经、外展神经麻痹,植物神经病变,皮肤、肌肉、关节病变和感染合并症知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者对其并发症认知不足,不利于开展糖尿病并发症防治工作,应加强糖尿病患者对于糖尿病并发症的健康教育,提高其对并发症的知晓率。
Objective To investigate the cognitive status of outpatients with diabetes mellitus and provide basic information for the education of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 300 diabetic patients who came to the Department of Endocrinology between September 1 and October 10, 2016 were surveyed using a self-made questionnaire. Factors influencing the comprehension rate of diabetic complications were analyzed. Results The respondents had a low rate of awareness of various acute and chronic complications of diabetes, with the highest rate of hypoglycemia (59.0%) and the lowest rate of chronic pyelonephritis (22.0%). In addition, there was no significant difference in the awareness rate of diabetes complications between different genders (P> 0.05); the educational level of chronic pyelonephritis, retinopathy, glaucoma, myopia or hyperopia, iridocyclitis, The incidence of multiple peripheral neuropathy, oculomotor nerve, abducens nerve palsy, autonomic neuropathy, skin, muscle, joint disease and infection complications were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients lack of understanding of its complications, is not conducive to the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications should be strengthened in diabetic patients with diabetes complications of health education to improve their awareness of complications.
