目的总结成人输尿管囊肿内腔镜下手术治疗经验。方法19例成人输尿管囊肿患者经IVU、B超和膀胱镜检查后确诊,在内腔镜下行囊壁开窗或部分切除术。结果本组19例患者手术均一次成功,平均手术时间20min,术后平均住院4d。14例获随访5,例失访,平均随访9.5个月。所有患者尿路感染症状消失,无膀胱刺激症状,未见输尿管囊肿复发,无输尿管口狭窄,膀胱造影未见输尿管返流,肾脏积水减轻或消失。结论内腔镜下手术治疗输尿管囊肿具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、疗效确切的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To summarize the experience of endoscopic urethral cyst surgery in adults. Methods Nineteen patients with ureteral cyst were diagnosed by IVU, B-mode ultrasonography and cystoscopy. Thirteen cases underwent endoscopic or partial thoracoscopic resection of the cyst wall. Results The operation of 19 patients in this group was successful. The average operation time was 20 minutes and the average hospital stay was 4 days. Fourteen cases were followed up 5 cases were lost to follow-up, with an average follow-up of 9.5 months. Urinary tract infection in all patients disappeared symptoms, no symptoms of bladder irritation, no recurrence of ureteral cyst, ureteral orifice stenosis, ureterocele without urinary reflux, renal hydronephrosis to reduce or disappear. Conclusions Endoscopic endoscopic ureteral cyst surgery has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma, quick recovery and definite curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
