以超低碳贝氏体钢为研究对象,实验分析了不同终冷温度对该材料抗拉强度、屈服强度、屈强比的影响,并观察了不同终冷温度试样的显微组织。结合文献理论分析了终冷温度对钢显微组织的影响,从讨论了对实验钢力学性能影响机理。结果表明,实验钢伸长率随终冷温度的降低而降低,抗拉强度和屈服强度随着终冷温度的降低而升高。
Taking ultra-low carbon bainitic steels as the research object, the effects of different final cooling temperatures on the tensile strength, yield strength and yield ratio of the materials were analyzed experimentally. The microstructures of the specimens were also observed. According to the literature theory, the influence of the final cooling temperature on the microstructure of the steel was analyzed. The mechanism of the influence on the mechanical properties of the experimental steel was discussed. The results show that the elongation of experimental steel decreases with the decrease of the final cold temperature, and the tensile strength and yield strength increase with the decrease of the final cold temperature.
