目的了解舟山市目前的放射卫生状况,为舟山市放射卫生工作的宏观指导和决策提供依据,并探索放射卫生工作改善措施。方法对各个放射医疗单位医用诊断X射线机性能和机房防护进行检测,对放射工作人员进行外照射个人剂量监测。结果共检测放射诊疗场所50家及监测从事放射诊疗工作人员174人次。(1)外照射实测集体剂量当量88.656mSv/a,外照射人均年剂量当量为0.510mSv/a。所有放射工作人员人均年有效剂量值未超过限值(20mSv),99.4%的放射工作人员人均年有效值在限值的1/10(2mSv)以内。(2)医用诊断X射线机的性能检测合格率为82.4%,机房防护检测合格率为94.6%。结论舟山市放射卫生整体状况一般,个人剂量监测情况较好,医用诊断X射线机的性能检测和机房防护结果不容乐观,应配合卫生行政部门加强放射卫生的管理,提高放射卫生质量。
Objective To understand the current status of radiation health in Zhoushan City and provide the basis for the macro-guidance and decision-making of radiation health work in Zhoushan City and to explore ways to improve the radiation health work. Methods The performance of medical diagnostic X-ray machines and room protection in all radiology medical units were tested, and radiation workers were monitored by external dose. Results A total of 50 radiology clinics and 174 radiologists were monitored. (1) Measured by the external radiation The collective dose equivalent 88.656mSv / a, per capita annual dose equivalent of 0.510mSv / a. The per capita annual effective dose of all radiographers does not exceed the limit (20mSv), and the per capita annual effective value of 99.4% of radiation workers is within 1/10 (2mSv) of the limit. (2) Medical diagnostic X-ray machine performance test pass rate of 82.4%, engine room test pass rate of 94.6%. Conclusion The overall status of radiation health in Zhoushan City is generally healthy. The personal dose monitoring is in good condition. The performance of medical diagnostic X-ray machines and the result of room protection are not optimistic. Health administrative departments should be strengthened to strengthen the management of radiation health and improve the quality of radiation health.
