通过ANSYS软件对碟形封头旋压成形过程进行三维数值模拟。结合实际工艺,分析板坯收边时出现翘曲、弹复、起皱的起因及对成形性及尺寸控制的影响。结果表明,数值模拟较好的反映了板坯多道次下变形的真实情况,所得旋压力的分布规律可为旋压机力能参数的确定提供依据;合理的工艺参数及成型辊的位置控制及调整,使板坯在变形区能够获得更多的塑性累积,以达到有效的控制封头成形形状尺寸的目的。
The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the process of spinning head was carried out by ANSYS software. According to the actual process, the causes of buckling, bouncing and wrinkling when the slab is closed are analyzed, and the influence on the formability and size control is analyzed. The results show that the numerical simulation better reflects the real situation of multi-pass deformation of the slab, and the distribution of the obtained spinning pressure can provide the basis for the determination of the mechanical parameters of the spinning machine. The reasonable process parameters and position control of the forming roller And adjust so that the slab in the deformation zone to get more plastic accumulation in order to achieve effective control of the shape of the header shape the purpose.
