用Na2CO3代替NaOH作沉淀剂,制备了纺锤形纳米γ-Fe2O3,采用XRD 和TEM对材料进行了表征.经测试,发现材料在300 ℃工作温度下对LPG有选择性检测能力( 对H2的选择系数为4),并具有相当的气敏稳定性.此外,还发现γ-Fe2O3 的气敏机理不仅是体控性机制,在一定温度下,表面吸附氧也起到一定作用.
Spindle-shaped nano-γ-Fe2O3 was prepared by using Na2CO3 instead of NaOH as precipitant. The materials were characterized by XRD and TEM. After testing, it was found that the material has the selective detection ability (the selection coefficient of H2 is 4) at 300 ℃ working temperature and has the same gas-sensing stability. In addition, the gas sensing mechanism of γ-Fe2O3 is not only the body-control mechanism, but also adsorbed oxygen on the surface at a certain temperature.
