一天之计在于晨,一年之计在于春。暖风吹绿大地,万物勃勃生机,春天到了。全市上下秉承历年春季里“一天也不耽误”的天津精神,焕发干劲,再创本市经济和社会发展“开门红”。1月28日,天津市第十四届人大三次会议胜利闭幕,会议审议通过了政府工作报告,圆满完成了各项议程。会议紧紧抓住“科学”这个关键,突出“发展”这个主题,高标准地安排了全年的工作。
