管理学界和企业界一直有一种声音,倡导人本管理,但在实践中又总是感觉心中茫然,企业要兑现人本管理的诺言。又觉得违背了企业追求盈利的本质,管理者与被管理者之间保持一团和气,员工都拿着高薪却是低效率工作。但不落实人本管理,又需要员工的向心力,需要以此凝聚人心。因此人本管理常常被悬在了空中,在某种程度上反倒成了企业管理的一个桎梏,让管理者进入两难的境地。探求人本管理的真谛也成了企业的当务之急。
Management academia and business circles have always had a voice advocating human-based management, but in practice they always feel at a loss.
