采用６０只新西兰白兔观察０．２５％氯霉素和０．１５％地塞米松混合滴眼液（简称氯地眼液）的作用。于用药后０．５、１、２、３个月时切取家兔眼组织，利用组织化学技术（钠钾－ＡＴＰ酶）观察角膜、房角、晶体的组织化学反应。结果显示，氯地眼液未造成家兔眼组织的异常改变。
Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were used to observe the effect of 0.25% chloramphenicol and 0.15% dexamethasone mixed eye drops (Chloride eye drops). The eyes of rabbits were cut at 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment. The histochemical reaction of cornea, angle and crystal was observed by histochemical technique (sodium-potassium-ATPase). The results showed that chlorine eye drops did not cause abnormal changes in rabbit eye tissue.
