目的:比较省沽油属4种植物干燥叶片中不同提取部位总酚类物质含量及其抗氧化活性测定,为开发利用打下基础。方法:用70%乙醇提取各植物干燥叶片,浓缩得乙醇浸膏,并用系统溶剂萃取法得到乙酸乙酯和氯仿两个部位;然后采用改良的Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定各植物各部位总酚类物质含量,并通过DPPH氧化自由基清除活性实验及抗过氧化亚硝酸盐硝化活性实验分析各总酚类物质抗氧化活性。结果:比色法结果表明,四种植物中乙酸乙酯部位总酚类物质含量均高于氯仿部位,其中省沽油干燥叶片乙酸乙酯部位总酚类物质含量最高,抗氧化活性最强。结论:省沽油属植物叶片中含有活性酚类物质,其中省沽油叶片乙酸乙酯部位含量最高,活性最强,值得进一步开发利用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of total phenolic compounds and their antioxidant activity in different extraction parts of four kinds of plants in the genus Tohinia, laying a foundation for the development and utilization. Methods: The dry leaves of each plant were extracted with 70% ethanol and concentrated in ethanol. The two fractions of ethyl acetate and chloroform were obtained by systematic solvent extraction. Then the content of total phenols in each plant was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry The antioxidant activity of all the phenols was analyzed by DPPH oxidation radical scavenging activity test and anti-nitrite nitration activity test. Results: The results of colorimetric method showed that the content of total phenols in all the four kinds of plants was higher than that in the chloroform fraction. The content of total phenols in the ethyl acetate fraction of the dried leaves of the sauerkraut oil was the highest, and the antioxidant activity was the strongest. Conclusion: The genus Glyptoside contains active phenolic compounds, among which, the content of ethyl acetate in the leaves of Soybean oil is the highest and the activity is the strongest, which deserves further development and utilization.
