自从周期轧管机(热轧皮尔格)问世以来,其轧辊的孔型形状一直为人们所关心和研究。不少学者根据不同的变形规律假设,各自提出不同的孔型曲线计算方法,其中最常见的是采用指数曲线方程。如: P.Gruner公式 S_x=Soe~(-lnμ·X/L(1) S_x:轧件变形部份(相当于周期孔型锻轧带)的壁厚。 X:轧件变形部份的移动坐标,X由O→L。 L:变形区长度。μ=S_o/S_n;壁厚变形系数。
Since the advent of the periodic tube rolling mill (Pilger), the shape of its rolls has always been of concern and research.
