影响图书收藏和利用的主要因素有:采购人员对馆藏缺乏了解,查重欠缺,读者对目录体系不熟悉,目录提示不够,流通标架不清和乱架以及工作人员责任心不强等等。加强采购人员与流通部门的信息沟通,掌握读者的阅读倾向,完善查重制度,多进行直接购书。在完善图书收藏的基础上,让读者掌握馆藏目录的检索方法。发挥好电子图书的作用,切实提高读者的图书利用率。
The main factors affecting the collection and use of books are: lack of understanding of the collection of procurement staff, lack of inspection, the reader is not familiar with the directory system, directory tips are not enough, the circulation of the standard frame is not clear and chaos and staff sense of responsibility is not strong and so on. Strengthen the procurement staff and the circulation of information communication, grasp the reader’s reading tendencies, improve the check system, and more direct purchase of books. To play a good role of electronic books, and effectively improve the reader’s book utilization.
