西藏自治区的语言环境以藏语为主,其普通话推广工作有一定的难度和特殊性,西藏地区的推普工作获得了从国家、自治区到地级市等各个层面的政策法规的支持。学校是推普工作的前沿阵地也是主要场所,除此之外,普通居民的日常社会交往也构成了学习普通话的场合。目前西藏地区各个方面的推普工作虽有较好的成效,但阶段性问题仍存在不少,针对不同领域进行现状调查并提出相应建议很有必要。
The language environment of the Tibet Autonomous Region is mainly Tibetan. Its popularization work in Putonghua has some difficulties and particularities. The push work in Tibet is supported by the policies and regulations at various levels from the state, the autonomous region to the prefecture-level cities. Schools are the forefront of Push Forward work and the main venue. Apart from this, the daily social contacts of ordinary residents also constitute the occasion for learning Putonghua. At present, there are still quite a number of phased problems in pushing for work in various fields in Tibet. However, it is necessary to conduct investigations on the status quo in different fields and make corresponding suggestions.
