乌克兰国家科学院巴顿焊接研究所电子束技术国际中心是目前世界上唯一大规模利用电子束物理气相沉积（ＥＢ－ＰＶＤ）研制新材料和涂层工艺的研究中心，本文简要介绍该中心研制的电子束设备、目前正在从事的科研项目及电子束物理气相沉积技术的应用前景。
The International Center for Electron Beam Technology of the Pushon Institute of Welding, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is the only research center in the world to develop new materials and coating technologies by electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD). This article briefly introduces the electron beam Equipment, currently engaged in research projects and electron beam physical vapor deposition technology application prospects.
