作为中国少年审判制度的开拓者,我国第一个少年法庭——上海市长宁区人民法院少年法庭,从成立到现在的11年间,在教育、感化、挽救失足少年,探索具有中国特色的少年司法制度方面,闯出了一条成功之路。不久前,在全国法院系统表彰先进集体和个人的大会上,最高人民法院授予长宁区少年法庭集体一等功。 填补了法制园地的一块空白 1984年,上海和全国各地为了确保改革开放的深入发展,都广泛开展了严厉打击刑事犯罪活动的斗争、长宁区人民法院在总结斗争成果和工作经验时发现:不少成年人的犯罪行为,往往是其未成年时期犯罪
As the pioneer of the juvenile trial system in China, the juvenile court of China’s Changning District People’s Court, the first juvenile court in China, has educated, probed and rescued juvenile delinquents and explored juvenile justice with Chinese characteristics from its establishment to the present 11 years System, break a path of success. Not long ago, the Supreme People’s Court granted the juvenile court of Changning District a first-class collective performance at the general assembly of the national court system for commanding advanced collectives and individuals. In 1984, in order to ensure the further development of the reform and opening up, Shanghai and throughout the country have all conducted a series of fights over the crackdown on criminal activities. When the courts in Changning District summed up the results of their struggles and their work experiences, they found that many Crimes committed by adults are often crimes in their underage lives
