邮电部上海第三讲究所王珙同志最近撰文,全面论述了我国邮政目前存在的主要问题、与世界发达国家的差距以及应采取的对策等。该文观点明确,并提出了一些新的论点。文章说,邮政是人类除语言外最早的沟通思想的手段。随着社会生产方式的变革及计算技术的迅速发展,邮政通信也获得了极大的发展。我国同发达国家相比,存在以下差距: 在邮政运输方面,我国主要依靠铁路,不像发达国家那样基本由航空和专用汽车运送。因而运能不足,调度困难。
Recently, Wang Tie, the third post-graduate institute in Shanghai’s Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, wrote a comprehensive review of the current main problems in postal service in our country, the gap with the developed countries in the world, and the countermeasures that should be taken. The article is clear point of view, and put forward some new arguments. The article said that postal service is the earliest means of communication among people except language. With the transformation of the mode of social production and the rapid development of computing technology, postal communication has also gained tremendous growth. Compared with developed countries, our country has the following disparities: In postal transport, our country mainly relies on railways, unlike the developed countries, which are basically transported by airlines and special purpose vehicles.
