为探讨准分子激光角膜内成形术和显微角膜板层切除术后角膜地形图变化与临床屈光度及视力的关系,对58例108眼高度近视术前及术后6月行角膜地形图检查并与;临床屈光度行对比分析。术后裸眼视力与术前矫正视力相等及提高者88眼(81.48%),矫正视力与术前矫正视力相等及提高者100眼(92.60%),角膜地形图示潜在视力(PVA)明显下降,角膜屈光度下降数值明显低于临床屈光度。此结果可能因角膜屈光力变化幅度超过地形图仪软件的设定分析范围而与临床实际不符。
