省政协委员、省社会主义学院党组书记袁普泉认为:各级政府要以阜阳奶粉事件为鉴,进一步加强对农村消费品市场的监管和指导,切实维护广大农民,尤其是经济欠发达地区农民群众的基本权益。1、各级领导要时刻关心农民,充分认识加强农村消费品市场监管的必要性和紧迫性,树立正确的政绩观,求真务实,以德行政。2、逐步建立和完善符合农村市场特点的市场监管制度,进一步规范市场行为,加大对坑农、毁农行为的查处和打击力度。3、积极开展形式多样的对农民的教育宣传活动,提高农民辨别真伪的能力,增强自我保护意识。4、逐步建立城乡互动、合作交流的机制,城市应积极主动地对农村进行帮助和指导。
Yuan Puquan, a member of the provincial CPPCC and party secretary of the Provincial Institute of Socialism, believes that governments at all levels should learn from the case of the Fuyang milk powder and further strengthen supervision and guidance on the rural consumer market and earnestly safeguard the basic peasants, especially those in the economically underdeveloped areas rights and interests. 1. Leaders at all levels should always care about peasants, fully understand the necessity and urgency of stepping up the supervision over rural consumer goods markets, establish a correct view of achievements, be realistic and pragmatic, and administer by virtue. 2. Gradually establish and perfect the market supervision system that conforms to the characteristics of the rural market, further standardize the market behavior and intensify the investigation and crackdown on the behaviors of peasants and farmers. 3. Actively carry out various forms of education and propaganda activities for peasants, enhance farmers’ ability to distinguish between authenticity and falsehood, and enhance their awareness of self-protection. 4. Gradually establish a mechanism for the interaction between urban and rural areas and for cooperation and exchange. Cities should take the initiative to help and guide rural areas.
