学会发[2015]21号老师/同学:为了贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的精神,加强高校音乐教育专业的教学研究,提高教学质量,全国高校音乐教育专业声乐比赛为广大声乐教师和学生搭建了一个展示声乐演唱水平,相互学习、相互交流、共同提高的平台,以促进我国高校音乐教育专业声乐教育教学的改革与发展,中国教育学会决定于2015年9月25日至30日在贵州师范大学举办“‘珠江·恺撒堡钢琴’第四届全国高校音乐教育专业声乐比赛”。
Xuefa [2015] No. 21 Teacher / Classmate: In order to implement the spirit of “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”, we should strengthen the teaching and research of music education major in colleges and universities and improve the teaching quality. Education vocal competition for the majority of vocal teachers and students to build a show vocal singing, learning from each other, and jointly improve the platform to promote our country music education professional vocal education teaching reform and development, the Chinese Society of Education decided in 2015 September 25 to 30, held in Guizhou Normal University “Pearl River Fortress Caesar Fourth National Music Education Vocal Competition ”.
