利用利血平诱发的大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察了呋喃唑酮、优降宁和可乐宁的效应。结果表明呋喃唑酮预先给药能完全防止大鼠利血平性胃溃疡的发生,并能对抗利血平耗竭脑内单胺类递质的作用。经典的单胺氧化酶抑制剂优降宁和中枢α_2受体激动剂可乐宁也能有效地阻止大鼠利血甲性胃淡疡的发生。这些结果提示使中枢单胺类递质功能维持在或恢复到正常状态是呋喃唑酮治疗胃溃疡的主要机理。
Using reserpine-induced gastric ulcer model in rats, the effects of furazolidone, galectin and clonidine were observed. The results showed that furazolidone premedication can completely prevent the occurrence of rat reserpine-resistant gastric ulcer, and can antagonize reserpine depletion of brain monoamine neurotransmitter role. The classical monoamine oxidase inhibitor gabionine and central α 2 receptor agonist clonidine also effectively prevent the occurrence of rectal bleeding in rats. These results suggest that the maintenance of central monoamine neurotransmitter function or return to normal state is the main mechanism of furazolidone in the treatment of gastric ulcer.
