615系小鼠原代乳腺癌Ca841、Ca842的组织学所见主要为大小不一的腺泡样结构。腺泡由排列紧密、大小较为一致的瘤细胞和肌上皮细胞组成,间质极少,符合小鼠A型乳腺癌诊断。癌细胞分明、暗两种,外形不规则,表面多微绒毛,核质比高,核大多呈卵圆形,偶见畸形。核仁增大、增多,可见边集。细胞器简单,除大量多聚核蛋白体外,有少量粗面内质网。胞质内可见70nm左右的A型病毒样颗粒,腺泡腔面微绒毛上可见正在出芽的B型病毒样颗粒,腺腔中有大量100nm大小的成熟B型病毒样颗粒。
615 Department of primary mouse breast cancer Ca841, Ca842 histological findings mainly for different sizes of acinar-like structure. Acinar closely arranged by the size of relatively uniform tumor cells and myoepithelial cells, interstitial minimal, in line with the diagnosis of mouse type A breast cancer. Clear cancer cells, dark two, irregular shape, the surface of multi-microvilli, nuclear mass ratio is high, mostly oval nuclear, occasionally deformity. Nucleolus increased, increased, visible edge set. Organelles simple, in addition to a large number of polyriboin in vitro, a small amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum. In the cytoplasm, a type A virus-like particle of about 70 nm was observed. On the acinar surface microvilli, the budding type B virus-like particles were observed. A large number of 100 nm-sized mature B virus-like particles were present in the gland lumen.
