患者女,48岁。3个月前无明显诱因下发现右胸壁结节,无低热、盗汗,无畏寒、发热;近3个月来,结节渐进性增大,呈“鸽蛋”大小。患者发病以来无咳嗽、咳痰及痰中带血;吸烟史近20年。体检:右胸壁胸骨上段旁可扪及一大小约2.0 cm×2.0 cm类圆形肿块,与皮肤无粘连,活动度较差。实验室检查无特殊。肝、肾B超及骨扫描正常。
Female patient, 48 years old. 3 months ago, no obvious incentive to find the right chest wall nodules, no fever, night sweats, no chills, fever; nearly 3 months, nodules gradually increased, was “pigeon egg” size. Since the onset of the patient without cough, sputum and bloody sputum; smoking history for nearly 20 years. Physical examination: palpable on the right chest wall next to the upper segment of a size of about 2.0 cm × 2.0 cm class round mass, no adhesion with the skin, poor mobility. No special laboratory test. Liver, kidney B ultrasound and bone scan normal.
