目的提高医疗器械清洗质量,控制医疗感染,同时避免过多使用手工清洗造成工作人员的职业暴露,降低消毒灭菌的成本。方法将器械随意分成2组,A组:将物体表面污迹较多的器械450件浸泡到1:200安必洁快速多酶洗剂溶液中浸泡10min后再用常水冲洗;B组:在超声清洗机槽内放入1:400安必洁快速多酶洗剂,再将物体表面污迹较多的器械450件放入溶液中超声清洗10min,再用常水冲洗;二组器械清洗后再作清洗质量效果分析。结果A组器械清洗后部分污迹较轻的器械物品表面污垢可溶解,但污迹较多的器械表面污垢仍存在,浸泡30min后表面污垢才能溶解。但关节位、螺丝位及管腔内的污垢仍不能完全溶解。B组器械450件清洗后基本洁净。结论对一些复杂的且残留有机物的器械用超声清洗机配合多酶洗剂清洗效果理想。
Objective To improve the quality of medical device cleaning and control medical infections, while avoiding the excessive use of manual cleaning resulting in occupational exposure of workers and reducing the cost of disinfection and sterilization. Methods The equipment was randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A: 450 pieces of instruments with more stains on the surface were soaked in a 1:200 Ambigex fast multi-enzyme lotion solution and soaked for 10 minutes and then rinsed with water; group B: at Ultrasonic cleaning machine tank into the 1:400 Anbijie rapid multi-enzyme lotion, and then the surface of the object more stains 450 pieces of solution in the ultrasonic cleaning 10min, and then washed with water; after two groups of equipment cleaning Again for the effect of cleaning quality analysis. Results The dirt on the surface of the instruments that were partially smeared after the A group was cleaned could be dissolved, but the dirt on the surfaces of the instruments with more smears still existed, and the surface dirt could be dissolved after soaking for 30 minutes. However, the joints, screws, and dirt in the lumen still cannot be completely dissolved. Group B instruments are basically clean after cleaning. Conclusion It is ideal for ultrasonic cleaning machines with multiple enzymatic detergents for complex and residual organic devices.
